At MyLoveSpace, every plushie is handmade and custom-crafted to order. Because each item is uniquely created for each customer, our return and refund rules are different from stores that sell mass-produced products.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

No cancellations once an order is placed or production has started
Please double-check your order details before submitting your purchase.
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send a replacement.
To receive a replacement, you must:

Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product

Include your order number for faster help
We will review your case and send a replacement if approved.
No refunds will be issued for damaged/defective items — only replacements.
📦 Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we may offer a one-time replacement at no cost.

If the package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal service first, as they have the most accurate delivery information.
We cannot replace or refund orders for packages marked delivered unless the carrier confirms an error.
🏠 Incorrect Addresses
If the address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, and the order has already been processed or shipped:

Every plushie is crafted specifically for you.
For this reason, we cannot resell returned items, which is why all sales are final.
