At MyLoveSpace, each plushie is handmade and custom-crafted to order, which means production and delivery times are different from mass-produced items. Please review our full shipping policy below.

 


 

 

📦 Processing & Production Time

 

 

  • Every plushie is handmade once your order is placed.

  • Standard production time: 4–8 weeks.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, Valentine’s Day, etc.), production may take longer due to high order volume.

  • Because each plushie is custom-made, all sales are final once production begins.

 


We always aim to complete orders as fast as possible, but true custom work takes time.

 


 

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

 


Once your plushie is finished, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

 

  • Typical shipping time: 10–25 business days depending on your location and your local postal service.

  • Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery delays may happen due to customs, weather, or carrier backlogs — these are outside of our control.

 

 


 

 

📮 Tracking Your Order

 


You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Packages can be tracked on 17track.netAttachment.tiff.


If the tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please contact your local carrier first, as they have the most accurate delivery information.

Incorrect Addresses

 


If the shipping address is entered incorrectly at checkout and the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot replace or refund the order. Please double-check your address before submitting.


 

Lost in Transit

 


If a package is lost in transit, we may offer a one-time replacement at no cost.

If a package is marked delivered, we cannot offer a replacement — customers must contact their local postal service.


 

Shipping Protection

 


If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, it covers lost or damaged packages based on the policy terms.

 


 

 

📦 Customs & International Orders

 


International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

 

🛠 Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

 


Because each plushie is handmade and customized:

 

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed or production begins.

  • Replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective, and you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
